Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, contract, night shifts (3x12 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric critical care nursing within the PICU and all pediatric units at a major healthcare facility.
• Float within scope to other pediatric units including CVPICU and NICU as needed.
• Administer patient care with a patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:2 or 1:3.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and necessary certifications.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Pediatric ICU experience.
• Active RN license in South Carolina or a Multi-State/Compact license.
• Current BLS and PALS certifications (American Heart Association preferred).
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a variable schedule.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with ECMO and CRRT is highly desirable.
• Prior experience in pediatric critical care units.
• Flexibility to work a block schedule with managerial approval.
