Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, 36 hours/week, night shifts (3x12-hour nights, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric critical care in a float pool setting across multiple pediatric units, including CVPICU, NICU, and PICU
• Float within the scope of pediatric intensive care to meet facility needs
• Cover assigned night shifts, including every other weekend and holiday rotations
• Maintain patient ratios of 1:2 or 1:3, ensuring high-quality care
• Adhere to hospital policies and safety protocols, including hurricane response responsibilities if applicable

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of pediatric ICU experience
• South Carolina RN license or eligible for multi-state/compact licensing
• BLS and PALS certifications (American Heart Association accepted)
• Ability to work night shifts and flexible scheduling upon manager approval

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with ECMO and CRRT is preferred
• Previous float pool experience in pediatric critical care is a plus
