Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in a rehabilitation setting, following physician orders and treatment plans.
- Monitor and assess patient progress, documenting changes and outcomes accurately.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
- Educate patients and their families about post-treatment care and wellness.
Required Qualifications
- Valid registered nurse (RN) license required.
- Strong knowledge of rehabilitation nursing practices.
- Excellent patient care and communication skills.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts and adapt to a flexible schedule.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in a rehabilitation or acute care environment.
- BLS certification.
- Strong teamwork and patient advocacy skills.
