Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient care and rehabilitation services in a clinical setting.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Document all patient interactions and treatment provided.
- Support patients’ functional recovery and promote overall well-being.
Required Qualifications
- Valid registered nurse (RN) license in the state of Kentucky.
- Proven experience in rehabilitation or acute care nursing preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to adhere to safety and compliance standards.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working in a rehabilitation or outpatient setting.
- Bilingual abilities or additional language skills are a plus.
