Schedule / Job Type
• Days, Full-time, 8-hour shifts, Guaranteed 35 hours per week

Key Responsibilities
• Provide occupational therapy services to clients in a clinical or community setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
• Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Document patient evaluations, treatments, and progress notes accurately

Required Qualifications
• Valid Occupational Therapist license or certification
• Up-to-date state licensure for Michigan or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience in a similar healthcare setting
• Knowledge of current occupational therapy practices and techniques
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
