Full-time, day shift, 8-hour shifts (Monday-Friday)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide pre-, intra-, and post-operative care for patients undergoing cardiovascular procedures in the CVOR.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care using Cerner electronic health record system.
• Participate in on-call duties, including 11 to 12 days per month and weekend rotations.
• Adhere to hospital policies, including compliance with safety, documentation, and certification requirements.
• Complete required training modules prior to start date and throughout assignment as mandated.

Required Qualifications

• Active MO RN license or valid Compact license at time of submission.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a cardiovascular operating room setting.
• Certifications: ACLS and BLS.
• Ability to obtain and maintain local or state-specific clearance and compliance.
• Good standing references (at least one required).
• Ability to float within hospital units as needed.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience with Cerner charting system preferred but not required.
• Experience in a high-volume CVOR environment.
• Familiarity with hospital policies regarding on-call and floating procedures.
