• Full-time, rotating shifts, 17-week assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily patient flow to optimize care, safety, and satisfaction
• Triage incoming patient requests and provide appropriate care
• Deliver patient education to support care plans and promote wellness
• Delegate care appropriately according to state regulations
• Administer medications, perform treatments, and assist in procedures following safety guidelines
• Coordinate patient care with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes
• Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality service
• Advocate for patient safety and preferences using relationship-based care principles
• Demonstrate organizational values and foster a Just Culture environment
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year operating room experience
• Valid RN license in Colorado or a compact state
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Ability to obtain necessary computer skills within 90 days to complete online training and documentation
• Proficiency in English reading, writing, and speaking

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a high-acuity surgical setting preferred
• Strong critical thinking and patient assessment skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
