Key Responsibilities

• Assess and develop individualized speech and language therapy plans for students.
• Work collaboratively with school staff and families to support student needs.
• Provide direct therapy services in accordance with school schedules.
• Document progress and maintain accurate records of services provided.
• Adapt therapy techniques to meet diverse student requirements.
• Participate in team meetings and school activities as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Prior experience working in educational or school settings preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt therapy methods to meet individual student needs.
• Knowledge of special education policies and procedures.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with children in a school environment.
• Certified or trained in specific speech therapy approaches or tools.
