Job Title

• Full-time, night shifts (3x12-hour shifts per week)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy to patients in a hospital setting, following physician orders and established protocols.
• Float as needed to various Cleveland Clinic facilities on the West Side, including Hillcrest, Avon, Medina, and Lutheran.
• Document all patient care activities accurately and timely.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies, including background checks and drug screening.
• Adhere to all safety and infection control procedures, including nicotine-free policy.

Required Qualifications

• Active Ohio license in Respiratory Therapy.
• NBRC Certification (CRT or RRT accepted).
• Active BLS certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as an RRT.
• Must have completed BCI/FBI background checks within 48 hours of signing contract.
• Negative 10-panel drug screen, including nicotine, within the past 12 months.
• Must be nicotine-free (smoke-free facility policy).

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in hospital settings, particularly with Cleveland Clinic facilities.
• Knowledge of travel compliance procedures and annual modules via Silkroad.
• Ability to communicate effectively regarding scheduling and time-off requests during the application process.
