Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients in a hospital-based outpatient rehab unit
• Assess, develop, and implement customized treatment plans to improve patient mobility and function
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes using electronic health records
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care
• Float within scope to meet facility needs, including potentially working in like units or sister facilities as required
• Adhere to all safety and compliance standards, including maintaining BLS certification

Required Qualifications

• Valid South Carolina or Multi-State Compact Physical Therapist license at start of contract
• BLS certification
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant outpatient therapy experience

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in hospital outpatient rehab settings
• Ability to adapt to rotating or floating schedules as needed
• Strong documentation and communication skills
