Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate nursing services to ensure quality patient care
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Manage administrative duties related to nursing operations
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Leadership or managerial experience in a healthcare setting
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent communication and team management skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a Director of Nursing or similar leadership role
- Knowledge of long-term care or skilled nursing facility operations
- Ability to handle administrative and clinical responsibilities simultaneously
