Therapist - Physical Therapist
Location: West Plains, MO
Schedule / Job Type:
Full-time, Days shifts, 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled physical therapy services to patients in a home health setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patient mobility and function
- Collaborate with caregivers and healthcare team to ensure quality patient care
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
- Adhere to all licensing, safety, and compliance standards
Required Qualifications:
- Valid Missouri Physical Therapist license
- BLS certified
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in home health therapy
- Strong clinical skills and compassionate patient care
Preferred Experience / Skills:
- Experience working in a home health environment
- Ability to adapt treatment plans to diverse patient needs
