• Registered Nurse - Cardiac Stepdown

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Days shifts, 36 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care to cardiac stepdown unit patients under the supervision of the Unit Director.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Leader/Charge Nurse for shift operations and patient care execution.
• Monitor and respond to patient needs, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Follow hospital policies, procedures, and the guidelines set by the State of Maine Board of Nursing.
• Document patient information accurately and maintain compliance with healthcare standards.

Required Qualifications

• Current Maine RN license.
• BLS certification required; ACLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Telemetry experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is preferred.
