Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive speech-language therapy services to patients in a clinical setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care.
• Document patient progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly.
• Maintain compliance with all licensing and facility regulations.

Required Qualifications
• Valid Florida State Licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Proven experience in speech therapy within a healthcare environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience working within senior or long-term care settings is a plus.
• Bilingual abilities are advantageous but not required.
