Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized physical therapy services to patients in accordance with treatment plans.
- Assess patients' physical conditions and develop appropriate therapy programs.
- Document patient progress and update treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on exercises and therapeutic techniques.
Required Qualifications
- Valid state license or certification as a Licensed Physical Therapist.
- Proven experience in physical therapy practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in outpatient or hospital settings.
- Familiarity with electronic medical record systems.
