Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, outpatient, 13-week assignment with potential extension, open to 4x10-hour shifts, including availability for 2 evenings per week (up to 8 pm)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population.
• Manage a caseload averaging 55-63 patients per week.
• Work primarily in outpatient clinics across the Northeast.
• Document patient progress using the Raintree EMR system.
• Complete required health and safety training modules prior to start date.
• Maintain professional standards and comply with clinic policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 months outpatient experience or 1 year of physical therapy experience in other settings.
• No new graduate candidates considered.
• Must have valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Prior experience with Raintree EMR system preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Outpatient orthopedic or general physical therapy experience.
• Strong communication and patient management skills.
