Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Days shift, 8.5 hours per shift, 4 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities
• Assist licensed physical therapists in developing and implementing treatment plans for patients.
• Provide therapeutic interventions and support patient recovery.
• Monitor patient progress and report updates to supervising clinicians.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities.
• Ensure a clean and safe treatment environment.

Required Qualifications
• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license or certification.
• Prior experience working as a Physical Therapy Assistant preferred.
• Strong understanding of rehabilitation techniques and patient care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience with outpatient or inpatient therapy settings.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
