Key Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic services to patients in accordance with treatment plans.
• Assess patient progress and adjust therapy programs as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop comprehensive care plans.
• Document patient care accurately and maintain medical records.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitation techniques and health management.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license or certification as a Physical Therapist.
• Proven experience in providing physical therapy services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of therapeutic techniques and equipment.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in outpatient or clinical settings.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
