Job Title

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, day shifts, 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care in the operating room environment
• Support surgical teams during a variety of procedures, including robotics, orthopedics, and neuro cases
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout surgical processes
• Adhere to all hospital policies, including compliance and safety protocols
• Complete required documentation and assist with pre- and post-operative patient care
• Maintain a sterile environment and ensure proper equipment functionality

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of direct RN OR experience
• Active ACLS and BLS certifications (must be current at time of submission)
• NIHSS certification (must be obtained prior to start)
• Valid nursing license in the state of Florida or pending licensure approval
• Must be nicotine-free and pass a negative 10-panel drug screen with cotinine within 12 months of start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Strong experience with robotics, orthopedic, and neuro surgeries
• Proficiency in EKG and pharmacy testing (orientation requirement)
• Ability to float within scope to meet facility needs
