• Full-time, Days, 3x12-hour shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care to patients in the IMC, PCU, or Stepdown unit.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely within Epic electronic charting system.
• Float within scope to meet facility needs, including coverage across similar units or sister facilities.
• Adhere to facility policies, safety standards, and compliance requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Active South Carolina RN license or Compact license in hand prior to start.
• Minimum of 1 year's recent and relevant nursing experience in a similar setting.
• Certifications: ACLS and BLS current and valid.
• COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption (as per facility policy).
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts on a rotating holiday schedule.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with EPIC electronic charting system.
• Prior travel nursing experience preferred.
• Strong patient assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and float between units as needed.

Additional Details

• Travel compliance includes #Tier2 requirements; SSN required to submit.
• Candidates must include RTO requests at submission; all RTO must be approved prior to assignment.
• During hurricane season (June–November), travelers may be assigned to emergency response teams.
• Local candidates within a 60-mile radius are preferred; local applicants may receive a pay adjustment.
• Guaranteed hours: facility may call off 1 shift every 2 weeks.
• Open to accommodating block schedules upon request, but approval is not guaranteed.
