Job Title
• Therapist - Physical Therapist

• Glenwood Springs, CO

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, outpatient, days, 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities
• Evaluate patients and develop tailored treatment plans for a variety of diagnoses
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve strength, range of motion, balance, safety, and function
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention
• Contribute to reducing patient wait times by supporting the rehab team at the outpatient clinic

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in physical therapy
• Current Colorado PT license (DORA) or a valid compact license for Colorado
• At least two years of physical therapy experience (3-5 years preferred)
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association
• Up-to-date flu vaccination (no exemptions)

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Comprehensive understanding of outpatient therapy practices
• Experience working in healthcare facilities in Colorado or similar settings
