• Part-time, Day shifts, 8.5 hours per shift, 4 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in developing and implementing patient treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility and function
• Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatment
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients during therapy sessions
• Collaborate with healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license or certification
• Prior experience in a clinical or outpatient setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of therapeutic techniques and patient safety protocols

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with diverse patient populations
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Bilingual abilities are a plus
