Registered Nurse - Operating Room
Location: Chattanooga, TN
Schedule / Job Type: 13-week travel assignment, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM, days shifts, full-time hours (10 hours per shift), 4 shifts/week

Key Responsibilities:

• Circulate in the operating room during diverse surgical procedures, including orthopedics, spine, neurosurgery, robotic surgeries, general, urology, and cardiovascular surgeries.
• Ensure patient safety and proper documentation throughout surgical procedures using Meditech system.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to facilitate efficient and effective patient care in a fast-paced environment.
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety protocols, and dress code requirements (scrubs provided).
• Maintain a high level of customer service and critical thinking to support patient outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

• Tennessee nursing license (RN).
• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification required.
• BLS certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of circulating experience in surgical settings.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience with orthopedic, spine, neurosurgical, and robotic procedures.
• Familiarity with advanced equipment such as the Synaptive Medical Modus V robotic microscope.
• Ability to adapt to hospital-specific documentation and policies.
