- Travel, Full-time, Nights, 13-week assignment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality emergency care to patients in a busy ER environment
- Administer medications, perform treatments, and assist with procedures such as splinting and breathing treatments
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, utilizing advanced equipment and EMR systems
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including charge nurses, flow coordinators, techs, and US staff
- Maintain patient safety with appropriate nurse-to-patient ratios and adhere to unit protocols
- Adapt to varying shift schedules, including rotating weekends and on-call duties
Required Qualifications
- Valid Alaska RN license
- Minimum of 2 years of ER experience
- Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, NIH, ENPC
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Stroke and STEMI care experience
- Trauma and pediatric emergency care experience
