Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, overnight (night shifts), 3 days per week

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and perform maintenance on EEGs in the Epilepsy Monitoring Unit (EMU).
• Cover inpatient EEG requests as needed, including weekends and holidays.
• Ensure compliance with all monitoring protocols and documentation standards.
• Participate in orientations and complete required modules during onboarding.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to provide quality patient monitoring and care.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of EEG technologist experience.
• Experience working with pediatric patients.
• Must have EMU monitoring experience.
• Proficiency in EPIC charting system required.
• Valid VA or compact state licensure as an EEG Technologist.
• Ability to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Candidates must be able to start ASAP with all background requirements cleared.
• Must include SSN, DOB, address, phone number, email, and shift availability upon submission.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• BSN degree preferred.
• Experience with pediatric and inpatient EEG procedures.
• Knowledge of Virginia or similar state licensing requirements.
• Previous experience working in a hospital or specialized monitoring unit.
