- Full-time, overnight (night shifts), 3 days per week
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and perform maintenance on EEGs in the Epilepsy Monitoring Unit (EMU).
- Cover inpatient EEG requests as needed, including weekends and holidays.
- Ensure compliance with all monitoring protocols and documentation standards.
- Participate in orientations and complete required modules during onboarding.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to provide quality patient monitoring and care.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of EEG technologist experience.
- Experience working with pediatric patients.
- Must have EMU monitoring experience.
- Proficiency in EPIC charting system required.
- Valid VA or compact state licensure as an EEG Technologist.
- Ability to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Candidates must be able to start ASAP with all background requirements cleared.
- Must include SSN, DOB, address, phone number, email, and shift availability upon submission.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- BSN degree preferred.
- Experience with pediatric and inpatient EEG procedures.
- Knowledge of Virginia or similar state licensing requirements.
- Previous experience working in a hospital or specialized monitoring unit.
