• Full-time, Night shifts (3x12 hours)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care to patients in intermediate, progressive, and step-down units.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• float between units as required, ensuring coverage across departments.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and treatment plans.
• Adhere to hospital protocols, safety procedures, and dress code standards.

Required Qualifications

• Valid State Registered Nurse license (compact license accepted).
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a hospital setting, preferably in IMC, PCU, or step-down units.
• Must have at least 48 hours approved.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a Level II Trauma Center.
• Knowledge of hospital policies related to patient care across multiple units.
• Flexibility to float between units and facilities.
