Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, 3 nights per week, 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized neonatal nursing care in a Level III or IV NICU setting.
• Attend high-risk deliveries and neonatal surgeries.
• Administer blood products, medications, and manage advanced ventilator support, including CPAP, BiPAP, high-frequency vents, and oscillators.
• Monitor and maintain central lines, PICC lines, and syringe pumps.
• Perform cooling/warming procedures and feeding tube management.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal neonatal outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of neonatal ICU nursing experience.
• Active State of Washington licensed RN or valid Compact license.
• Proven proficiency in neonatal care procedures and ventilator management.
• Ability to float to different units including alternative NICU campuses and select pediatric units, as needed.
• Willingness to work night shifts and adapt to floating requirements.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in Level III or IV NICU with infants at 23-24 weeks gestation.
• Familiarity with ECMO is not required.
• Previous experience with high-acuity neonatal procedures and equipment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills in fast-paced environments.
