• Days, Part-time (4 shifts per week, 8.5 hours per shift)
Key Responsibilities
• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in various settings
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver therapy sessions to support patient recovery and independence
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize care
Required Qualifications
• Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Proven experience in occupational therapy practice
• Strong assessment and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in outpatient or rehabilitation settings
• Pediatric or geriatric therapy experience a plus
