Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in various settings.
• Complete documentation and coordinate with the assigning organization prior to start, including completing any required forms outside of the initial clearance packet.
• Maintain active licensure and adhere to agency and client protocols.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Utilize provided equipment during patient assessments and treatments.

Required Qualifications

• Active and valid physical therapist license.
• Experience in setting up and managing therapy sessions.
• Ability to complete documentation accurately and promptly.
• Ability to work day shift hours.
• Comfortable with provided equipment during interviews.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in outpatient or clinical settings.
• Familiarity with documentation systems and process compliance.
