- Temporary / Travel, 13-week assignment, Days shifts (4 days per week)
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in surgical procedures within the CVOR (Cardiovascular Operating Room) team
- Set up surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies for cardiac surgeries such as CABG, Valve repairs/replacements, and endovascular procedures
- Maintain a sterile environment and ensure adherence to OR protocols
- Collaborate with surgical team members to support procedures and patient care
- Provide on-call coverage during on-rotation nights and weekends as scheduled
Required Qualifications
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) or OR Tech certification
- Minimum 1 year of CVOR surgical tech experience
- Proficiency with surgical instruments and equipment used in cardiovascular surgeries
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Flexible scheduling and reliable attendance
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with procedures including TAVR, TMVR, MitraClip, and complex cardiovascular surgeries
- Knowledge of EMR systems, preferably Meditech
- Strong communication, punctuality, and adaptability
