Key Responsibilities
• Provide evaluation and treatment services to patients with speech, language, or communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in accordance with patient needs.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and progress notes.
• Follow all clinical guidelines and stay current with best practices in speech-language pathology.

Required Qualifications
• Valid state license or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Proven experience in speech and language disorder therapy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Knowledge of pediatric and adult patient treatment protocols.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in a clinical or outpatient setting.
• Bilingual skills or experience working with diverse patient populations.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
