Travel, 13-week contract, Night shifts, 12-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality critical care to ICU patients, including COVID patients with advanced interventions such as VV ECMO
• Monitor and respond to patient conditions, including vasoactive drips and hemodynamic management
• Perform ICU procedures such as ECMO, CRRT, chest tube insertions, and central line insertions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document patient information accurately using Meditech system
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and unit-specific guidelines, including floating policies

Required Qualifications

• Active TX Registered Nurse license (temporary licenses not accepted)
• Minimum of 2 years ICU experience, including COVID ICU experience
• ACLS and BLS certifications
• Experience with vasoactive drips and hemodynamic management
• Comfortable working in a high-acuity ICU environment with advanced interventions

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with ECMO and CRRT (NxtStg)
• Familiarity with Meditech documentation system
• Strong understanding of ICU protocols and patient care procedures
