Job Title
• LVN / LPN - Rehab

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Day shift (3x12 hours)

Key Responsibilities
• Provide patient care in an inpatient hospital and rehab setting
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Assist with patient assessments, medication administration, and documentation
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards
• Support patient recovery and comfort during their stay, typically around 14 days
• Maintain professional communication and provide excellent patient-centered care

Required Qualifications
• Valid state LVN/LPN license (must provide proof at time of submission)
• Current CPR certification (ACLS preferred for Charge Nurse role)
• Minimum of 1 year of inpatient rehab experience within the last 2 years
• Willingness to work Fridays and every other weekend
• Strong teamwork, positive attitude, and motivation to care for patients

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in inpatient rehab hospitals
• Knowledge of Cerner charting system
• Ability to float between similar units if needed
