Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in implementing patient treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to patients recovering from injuries or surgeries.
• Monitor patient progress and document treatment outcomes accurately.
• Support patients during therapy sessions to promote engagement and safety.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of therapy equipment and treatment areas.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license or certification.
• Previous experience in a clinical or outpatient setting preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to follow treatment protocols and documentation procedures.
• Excellent patient care and safety awareness.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with diverse patient populations.
• Familiarity with rehabilitation tools and modalities.
• Bilingual speakers a plus.
