Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Days shifts, 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
• Assist patients in improving mobility and managing pain
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal care
Required Qualifications
• Valid state license or certification as a Physical Therapist
• Proven experience in a rehabilitation or outpatient setting preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Knowledge of diagnostic and treatment procedures
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience working in a clinic or outpatient facility
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
