Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, day shifts, 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Assist and supervise daily nursing activities within the facility
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards and regulations
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to deliver high-quality resident care
- Implement rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices
- Provide direct patient care within scope of practice during designated shifts
Required Qualifications
- Valid LPN license in the state of Colorado
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or comparable setting
- IV certification preferred for LPNs
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices
