• Full-time, evening shift (5x8 hours)

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and perform maintenance on EEGs in the Epilepsy Monitoring Unit (EMU).
• Cover inpatient EEG requests as needed.
• Work during scheduled holidays, including one weekend per month.
• Ensure compliance with all protocol and documentation requirements.
• Collaborate with medical staff to support patient care activities.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of EEG technician experience.
• EMU monitoring experience is required.
• Experience with pediatric EEGs is required.
• Ability to work evening shift (5x8 hours).
• Valid VA or compact state licensing at the time of submission.
• Experience with EPIC charting system.
• Candidate must have SSN, DOB, and address details included at submission.
• Ability to work during scheduled holidays and weekends.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• BSN degree preferred.
• Experience with Virginia or compact state licensing.
• Previous experience with inpatient EEG monitoring.
• Candidates familiar with AAMI or other EEG standards are a plus.
