Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, weekday days (Monday-Friday), 8-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in a fast-paced outpatient primary care and pediatric clinic
• Rooming patients, medication refills, prior authorizations, and handling patient phone calls
• Assist providers with clinical duties in a busy outpatient setting
• Ensure accurate documentation and use of electronic medical records (EMR) system
• Support clinic operations by maintaining a clean and organized environment

Required Qualifications

• Valid MI & WI Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• BLS certification
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Experience with primary care and pediatrics preferred

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in outpatient or ambulatory care
• Familiarity with Athena EMR system
• Comfortable working in a multi-provider clinic setting
• Ability to float to other primary care locations as needed
