Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population.
• Manage a patient load of approximately 12-14 visits per day, including follow-up visits with potential double-booking.
• Work up to 40 hours per week, with a guaranteed 36 hours; overtime must be approved by the director.
• Maintain productivity levels of around 60 visits per week.
• Collaborate with clinic staff and participate in care planning for post-surgical and outpatient patients.
• Float to other clinics is not required; focus primarily on assigned location.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Willing to accept new graduates and first-time travelers.
• Ability to work 8-hour shifts, with flexibility for overtime if approved.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in outpatient and post-surgical care.
• Strong patient management and documentation skills.
• Ability to handle a high-volume outpatient caseload efficiently.
