• Full-time, night shifts, 12-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in a Medical Surgical unit within a hospital setting
• Support team nursing ratios, operating with a 1:7 team model, with additional staff support as needed
• Assist with patient assessments, medication administration, and documentation
• Collaborate with RNs, PCCs, and other healthcare team members to ensure quality care
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety protocols, and compliance standards

Required Qualifications

• Valid LVN / LPN license in the state of Tennessee or a compact license
• LVN / LPN Certification is a firm requirement
• Minimum of 2 years recent experience in Medical Surgical nursing
• Recent travel nursing experience preferred, with 3+ years overall experience
• Ability to work night shifts with 12-hour availability

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Cerner electronic health records system
• Familiarity with hospital protocols and team nursing models
• Vaccination compliance with current COVID-19 and other relevant vaccines
