Key Responsibilities

• Document client progress and maintain accurate case records.
• Offer guidance and resources to help clients achieve their goals.

Required Qualifications

• Valid license or certification as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or equivalent.
• Experience in providing social work or mental health therapy.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working in a healthcare or community mental health setting.
• Familiarity with documentation and electronic health record systems.
