Schedule / Job Type
Full-time, Mids, 5 shifts per week, 8.5 hours per shift, local candidates only
Key Responsibilities
- Provide licensed practical nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
- Administer medications and treatments accurately as prescribed
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and health status
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient care
- Document all care activities according to facility protocols
- Adhere to safety and compliance standards at all times
Required Qualifications
- Valid LPN or LVN license in the state of Maine
- Minimum of 1 year experience in LTC or SNF settings
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- BLS certification or CPR certified
