- Night shift, 3 shifts per week, 12.5 hours per shift
Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled LVN/LPN nursing care in a Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
- Administer medication and treatments according to physician orders.
- Monitor patient conditions and document health status accurately.
- Assist with activities of daily living and patient comfort measures.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care.
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN licensure in the state of New Mexico.
- Prior experience in LTC or SNF environment preferred.
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a flexible schedule.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
