Job Details

Job Title
• LVN / LPN - LTC/SNF

Location
• Lewiston, ME

Schedule / Job Type
• Days, part-time, 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities
• Provide skilled nursing care to residents in Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility settings
• Administer medications and treatments accurately as prescribed
• Monitor resident health status and report changes to the healthcare team
• Assist with daily living activities and ensure resident safety and comfort
• Document patient care activities in compliance with facility policies and regulations

Required Qualifications
• Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of Maine
• Previous experience in LTC or SNF settings preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to pass background check and health screenings

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working 12.5-hour shifts
• Familiarity with charting and electronic medical records systems
