Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in long-term care or skilled nursing facility settings
- Monitor and document patients' health status and clinical needs
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Maine
- Experience in long-term care (LTC) or skilled nursing facilities preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in LTC or SNF environments
- Knowledge of residents' needs and regulatory requirements for skilled nursing facilities
