Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Monitor patient health status and report significant changes to the medical team.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and assessments.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality resident care.
• Follow facility protocols and uphold patient safety standards.

Required Qualifications

• Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of New Mexico.
• Proven experience in LTC or SNF environments.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices and patient care procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience with elderly or long-term care patients.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR).
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
