Key Responsibilities

  • Provide skilled nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facility settings
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
  • Monitor patient conditions and document findings accurately
  • Assist with daily living activities and ensure a safe environment
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support resident needs

Required Qualifications

  • Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of New Mexico
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • Excellent communication and patient care skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Experience / Skills

  • Previous experience in LTC or SNF environments
  • Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems
