Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facility settings
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor patient conditions and document findings accurately
- Assist with daily living activities and ensure a safe environment
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support resident needs
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of New Mexico
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in LTC or SNF environments
- Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems
