Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in long-term care or skilled nursing facility settings.
• Assist with patient assessments, treatments, and medication administration.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
• Document patient care activities accurately and thoroughly.

Required Qualifications

• Valid LVN or LPN license/ certification.
• Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred.
• Ability to work 12.5-hour shifts.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.
• Must be eligible to work locally in Albuquerque, NM.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience with elderly or chronically ill patients advantageous.
• Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems preferred.
