Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients.
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to client needs.
- Assess clients’ mental health status and progress regularly.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and progress.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Required Qualifications
- Valid license or certification as a Therapist or Social Worker.
- Proven experience in mental health or social services.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Knowledge of mental health assessment and treatment techniques.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a healthcare or community-based setting.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.
