Full-time, days shift, 3 shifts per week, 12.5 hours per shift
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility setting
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient health statuses and record observations accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive resident care
- Follow all safety and compliance protocols relevant to LTC/SNF environments
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Valid nursing license in the state of New Mexico
- CPR/First Aid certification (if applicable)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of electronic health record systems (EHR)
